This is one of the best things I’ve learned on my spiritual journey, I disciplined myself to walk away from anything that doesn’t serve my life of being the best version of myself. A lot of people use to take my kindness for weakness and I was always taught to give people chances because they know not what they do but it was the total opposite they took advantage of my good heartedness. Now with me taking my power back and ❤ing myself more I have no problem with walking away letting go of someone or something that doesn’t put me in a position to ascend or becoming a better human being. I've just had the same thing, and felt immense guilt as its my brother, but he is deep into spiritual ego and puts me down all the time. He is also a narcissist and all the blame is put onto me. This video helped me see that's its ok to walk away from those we truly care about. It's best this way for us both. We'll done for being strong too ❤

I have always been this way, all of my life, a people pleaser and I ran myself into the ground because I built myself up and lived off of what the opinions of those in my life where. If I thought I wasn't in their good graces I would try harder and harder until I ran myself into the ground, eventually getting sick and once I wasn't any good to anyone I then had no one because I was the one who needed them. It broke my heart but a wonderful lesson to learn.

I met a lady who was 90 y old. She said from now on I am going to do what I like. All my life I listened to my family. And her daughter came to take her for a walk. It was a bit late for her to do that. I have been looking after elderly wealthy people for about 15 years. I learn so much from them. I make sure I do what makes me happy and enjoy my life as much as I can. I don t want to regret not seing the best places in the world, not buying what I like or not eating the right food that keeps me healthy. Out of all the people I met only one family had a perfect life and they treated us carers beautifully. Many people that have a lot of money look down on carers and cleaners. I don t care about them. I have a bachelor degree in disability but it is not rewarding working in an office. I prefer looking after people and seeing their faces llight up when I care for them. And having a casual reliable job means I can go on holidays whenever I have the money. It is wonderful !

I lived in Texas for about 6 to 7 years. I tried my best to make my own life there and it worked but not for very long. The people I was with were kind and accepting of an outsider but there were times it felt I was being used or manipulated behind my back. After being let go from a job, burning several bridges with people, and failing my own antiquated, at the time, career, I just packed up and left. My egoic mind at first said it was a failure but this was the greatest decision of my 20s. I synthesized my failed relations and connections into a moral compass that will lead me into my 30s. In trade school now, have a budding creative outlet, and closer to family!

Manipulation and bullies are evil … I’ve experienced many in my life ..and currently am with someone. She’s powerful and controlling…I’ve been flexible in my responses to her, which I struggled to do …but NO more, I’ll remain of the appearance of flexibility..whilst all the time avoiding as much as possible. It’s an awkward one as it’s my son’s partner and he and are pulled by this individual….i have to remain calm for his sake . I Will hold my own ..and when I feel NO is appropriate I WILL use it to MY advantage. It’s made me ill .
