Sooo agree about hotels with sealed-shut coffin-glass windows. I slept in my car (windows OPEN) in the weeds, last stay "in" such a building. Fresh air should be part of the building code.

I thought so too at first but that's when I was on floor 2 of my building. I appreciate her style where I am today and I recognize I couldn't listen when I was in a lower state of my own consciousness. I'm not judging your assessment, I'm just thinking about that because your comment brought my awareness to my own history that I used to avoid her lectures because I felt like she was scolding me, but I'm really soaking her up right now because ive found myself taking this more brusque tone in my own approach because I feel like there's way too many cushions on my couch for true comfort and movement. If that metaphor makes sense to anyone. 😏

As for the airy fairy comment about the host, I thought her softness was perfect, because it really does speak to me directly how truthfully warm and enriching Caroline's message is at its core. It's the balance..... and I find myself literally being driven by the point where I can experience the balance..... not necessarily the middle point of balance itself, but the push and pull that is life ever reaching for it. I think that fleeting second of achieving perfect balance is the blissful high we mistakenly think is the constant, when that's not the goal of our physical existence.... which to me is the joy of the balancing act itself whether you choose spinning plates, a unicycle, tightrope.....etc....❤

I loved her when I first discovered her 20 years ago but then I went to a live seminar where she was speaking and I was really disappointed. She seemed so up herself and it lacked the depth I was "expecting" (ha). So I explored other wisdom avenues. But just recently I'm watching some of these recent videos of hers and I'm utterly amazed by the powerful truths in them.
