Amazing. He does both voices well enough to be considered very good at either, by itself. And note, he is sitting. If he were standing, where he could stretch out his entire core and throat, and anchor himself, think of how much more powerful his voice would have been.

A few more points to add to your analysis. First, he's sitting down-most singers prefer to perform standing for better diaphram control and expansion of air in the lungs. Second, English nor Italian are his native languages. Third, he never had any kind of professional vocal coaching or formal singing instruction - all self-taught. Truly a treasure; easily one in a billion vocal gift.

He was orphaned at age 7 and raised himself on the streets of a poverty ridden city in Phililpines. He started singing to ease his fear and loneliness. He cleaned chicken coops for coins and sang to the chickens. He is completely self taught and has had no musical training of any kind. He sings in 6 languages, male and female voices, and all genres of music. He has a charity that reaches the poor and in need people in The Phillipines where he actually works himself in building houses, etc. What is so remarkable is that in spite of everything he has been through, he remains kind, humble, and gentle. He is an amazing man.

Great reaction marcelito pomoy is very very talented. He also does Celine Dion power of Love which is another great cover. Not sure and this is an off subject or an off artist. If you have not seen Angelina Jordan she is probably the best singer I have ever heard in my 55 years. Most people start with Angelina Jordan Bohemian Rhapsody on AGT. After that you will enjoy over and over again. Kudos to marcelito

He has a fairly new video on his channel of All I Ask of You from Phantom of The Opera. On a side note, there was a big scandal about him not winning AGT. It is complicated but it was buried as covid hit immediately after it aired and there were no touring concerts. All of these talent shows are not what they seem in regard to winning. It is all about money. Also, Marcelito did not want to be the center of this and his only regret was not getting the money for his charity.

Marcelito came 4th on AGT a dance troup won. Marcelito lived on the streets in the Philippines from age 7 until he entered PGT in his 20s ( he was abandoned by his mother) he won by singing The Prayer and says that song changed his life. He has a comfortable life now and spends time and money helping less fortunate families. He is self taught and a really nice kind guy. He doesn't speak a lot of English and doesn't speak Italian but is able to listen to songs and just learn them. Also sings in Spanish, French and Chinese. He's just brought out a video All I ask of You from Phantom, he again sings both parts. He is well known for singing 'duets' by himself. Lovely reaction.

I didn't read all of the comments below but the several I did read didn't answer your question. No, he did not win America's Got Talent. He finished in 4TH place!!!! I watched that season and I think he should have won!!! But it, many times, seems it's not always who has the most talent who wins.
