"The Prayer" was their song and is hard to beat. She has no choice but to find others to sing with her because Jonathan Antoine went his own way. They are both busy with their goals but we do miss them. I like this version and it will get better if she and Jonathan Ansell get a chance to make it their own.

Sorry third90. After rereading my comment, I think I should have worded it better. Charlotte has all of the choices in the world. I am just talking about her classical crossover duet choices. I have purchased seven of her albums and think her voice is amazing. I also love Jonathan Ansell's voice. It is different than Jonathan Antoine's but is just as lovely. I listened to the Amira and Charlotte comparison and preferred Charlotte's voice over Amira's because it is not a child's voice which is clearly noted in that comparison video. Goes to show that Charlotte Jaconelli has an extraordinary voice and I am glad others recognize it too. That is what I was trying to say.

Here we go again. Voice clarity and purity still with her. For the life of me I still cannot understand why some posters seem to diminish her vocal power and seem to think she needs a mike. Again comparing Charlottes delivery to a male voice is beyond comprehension. Charlottes voice is unique as she has the ability to perform credibly regardless of genera and equally with female or male voice. I think that as she continues to develop her skills that she might have difficulty in finding suitable male voices to match her ability. I would like to hear her perform with either Vittorio Grigolo, Jose Carreras, or Placido Domingo true operatic tenors and Anna Netrebko, Elina Garanca soprano and mezzo soprano voices perhaps when she is in her early twenties I think it would be interesting but as for now she is growing and will continue to grow her skills. This will hackle some, did anyone notice she was on a pedestal?? Each time she performs she sets the bar a little higher.

I was at this concert...completely acoustic and fabulous. I didn't notice her much before but this this performance amazed me so much, I've seen her sing 4 times this year ... with Jonathan Ansell and also G4 and each time she got better and better. She is a delightful young lady to talk to, very friendly with her fans.

Jonathan Ansell does not sing on Solitaire. It is Daniel Koek, whom, I hope, in time will have her singing as his Christine in Phantom of the Opera. Please find his version of Gethsemene from Jesus Christ Superstar that he sang at the Hippodrome. It is remarkable.

It's decent but I think you all know what I'm thinking, the other singer by the initials JA who Charlotte sang this with was miles better! Ansell is a good baritone but I've always felt this song was designed for Tenors to accompany a Soprano hence why Jonathan Antoine and Charlotte's version is the best version of this song I've heard even better then the original Celine Dion and Andrea Bocelli version. Again though I can't help thinking as soon as she sings with a male voice with any degree of Operatic power her voice gets swamped, she's far better off singing soft Aria's like Pie Jesu or musical theatre numbers on her own. She has a nice musical tonality to her voice no doubt but it's not designed for projecting well without amplification.

Nice arrangement, but no arrangement will ever be better than with Jonathan. His last note during their performance on BGT is up there with the best there is. And don't like the drama from the pianist on this one. No need to play another note after the "bass roll (4:07 and 4:28)." The last note you should hear would be from the singers, not the pianist or orchestra. Too dramatic and takes away the attention from the singers. A crying shame, for sure!
