7:23 We don't want or need space battles in these movies. It was so Star Treky/Star Warsy. 20:50 Hicks, I read the script and I saw the movie. Even if there was a rewrite between that draft and the filming... It was so minor, so clearly minor. The biggest thing left on the cutting room floor was the Predator Spiders. Which were likely a victim of budget. We know they still shot the emissary ending, and everything we have seen of that shows that nothing major was changed. Nothing to make the film suddenly good. The problems with the film are fundamental to that script. The movie did precious f*ck all to fix any of it.
