It's a Balance Patch romhack. It's Blazing Blade but with few modifications. You can check Mangs' video talking about it (kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2jafJ99qKyEiKM) to know all the things he's changed. I was first thinking about going with normal Blazing Blade but then I'd have to get somebody else's save to unlock Hector Hard Mode and well, I liked what Mangs changed. So I preferred getting the Balance Patch.

I really enjoy the rebalance patch but have not finish it because of the stupid Cog of destiny soflock that took months to patch (where even finishing all enemies and/or kill(recruit) one of the fangs would result in a solflock though the weird thing is that in eliwood mode is not a problem and i did finish that one

It mostly rebalances (aka buffs) most of your units, increases the amount of enemies you have to fight in general and has few class changes (like Assassins being able to steal like thieves do), among other fixes.
