Every time one of these vids is on United and Spiers gets the panel the comments are seething because he can’t control his bias and it’s OBVIOUS. And yet you guys keep doing it. Ineos made a calculated mistake. They wanted to give EtH an opportunity to work under a proper football structure. He had just won the FA Cup and the previous season was riddled with injuries. Omar Berrada and Ashword distanced themselves from EtH's contract extension. Ruben Amorim is their decision and it's only fair that we only judge Ineos on this appointment.

Groundhog day at united - we have been here with five managers over last few years. It's always 'this will be the manager to change things' and we will be here again in two years or so. United, their ex players and their fans need to accept they a big club in revenue only - barely even a top 30 european club these days on the pitch

I don’t understand the hate for Tim Spiers in the comments. He’s not obliged to lie and say that the Leicester game is somehow a sign that United will finish 2nd. They’re near the bottom of the league, they put out the reserves, United are at home and playing with a different set of tactics that they probably understand better. It’s going to take some time for Amorim to develop a style and philosophy but at least he’s at a place where that isn’t established. It’s a bit different at Liverpool and City, which is probably why he wasn’t seriously considered for the former. I can see he’ll probably leave in 3-4 years’ time but he’ll leave United in a better place and not the laughing stock they currently are. He seems like a nice guy, I hope he has a good career after he goes.
