Orlando Robinson may have just earned himself another 10-day contract or even a rest-of-season contract if he continues to defend well. He played better defense than Kelly Olynyk did through the entire season.

When I said if he gets development minutes on this team he might be a decent player to have in the stable with a guy like Agbaji who also came from rock bottom and is now a legit development piece in our system I was told by some guys on here that Robinson is garbage, He’s another Bruno Fernando, He lost his job to Alex Len, He’s a waste of time, and he was cut for a reason so why even sign him. Like I’ve said the teams he played for are 2 teams gunning for championship contention in Miami and Sacramento. They don’t have time to give him minutes to develop. They need players that can give them instant impact and experience right now like Chris Boucher, or JV. Orlando Robinson changed this game when he came into the first half. We were down about 12 points or something like that when he checked in and the Hawks couldn’t score inside because he actually protected the rim. This is something Bruno Fernando and Kelly don’t provide because they’re both underside for the center position. I wouldn’t be shocked if Robinson get’s another 10 day contract so we can evaluate him a little more.

I've always said I like this team. I like Shead and Davion Mitchel as our 2 back up PG, J'Kobe, and rest of young guys are also good backups at their positions . Just need a good pick in the draft 😊

Trade Portal, Brown, Olnik, Boucha. Get lots of draft picks which some you can trade for a good young centre to replace Portal who is good but doesn't fit timeline. We got lots of good role players but need one more Allstar draft pick potential to compete with top teams in the future

I honestly liked Orlando Robison. 1 game mind you but I think the FO shouldn’t make another mistake like they did with the Fernand/Carlson situation and keep him around and see how he develops in comparison to Chomche.

OR we need the current guys to gain experience and confidence and see how they gel (which apparently is pretty damn well when they are engaged and rolling) - most of these dudes are on the same "timeline" everyone is always hellbent on conforming to. we already tore this thing down from what we had going the last two seasons (OG, Siakim, Fred, etc..) - this IS the rebuild. sure some high draft picks would be nice.. but you never know how that will turn out.. plus, it's already a juggle to get that many dudes to click and feel productive. just look what will happen when Q returns... players will loose minutes and the chemistry will likely suffer or at the very least change.

Great game, wins will be harder to come by in February, so tankers can relax. Preseason Vegas Win / loss was 31.5 - so even with winning a few before the trade deadline, the only impact is making trades more likely

@ some folks put too much weight on young talent. Cade is only finally figuring it out. If you think Flagg is falling to us guess again. For every Ja there’s a Wiseman. This team is going to have a 1st rd draft pick. Let it fall where it may and start the winning now. Make it attractive and make moves at deadline and off season to help Barnes Barrett and Dick. Raptors draft well. Tank is over unless Barnes goes down.

I'm with ya! If the haul is there, trade CB - if not, term him. Just hope he doesn't continue to be treated so tough by Darko (Boucher is his can't make a mistake a guy - but others can). Hard to find bench guys that ball BUT is CB just playing hard for a contract then disappear and we are stuck with an unmovable contract? Bounce BB at all cost!

He has been a permament fixture on the bench and will never be a starter with the team as he's now with the 3rd head coach of the Raptors - he signed in 2018 Casey's last year. So yeah, for the money he's getting paid, it's a whole lotta nothing.

@@marvinanthony4836 No, he is inconsistent, that is why he rides the bench and has been on the bench for 3 different coaches now. He should had siezed the starting center position when the Raptors lost all their centers from their championship years but instead they had to go out and get Jakob to fill in the void because Boucher wasn't getting it done. Again, I never said he was a bad player but he is vastly overpaid for the role that he's expected to fill.
