I think these were all recorded in 1975 as the "Walking" cue was added to the show in early 1976 along with many other cues like "Dig We Must" (the showcase showdown theme), "Splendido", "Big Banana", and "Second Thoughts" (Most Expensive Cue - one of my favorites!)

I can’t really watch the new ones anymore at all. I tried watching for a while, but some of the contestants are just… d|_||\/|ber than a box of rocks, but in that time I did see it I heard a few of the old cues remixed into the new ones or actually just riffs from them. That’s the closest you’ll get to hearing any of the older ones.

The first one is called a rhythm track - keyboards, bass, percussion, and a little bit of guitar. It’s a mix that takes out all the lead melody instruments (and vocals if there are any).
