The department store showcase is still using the backdrop and elevator prop from 1974 when they first started doing them, by fall 1982, both were refurbished.

I found out earlier today that episode 4012D was the first episode with the short lived blue podium that lasted about 2 months.

620 dollars for a Sound Design Stereo. Not sure where they came up with this number. In 1981 you could buy this or a similar stereo in Woolco for around 100 dollars.

From the Newlywed Game special promo seen in one of the breaks the date for this rerun is likely 4/14/98, the DP ended on that Saturday

And they continued with TPIR from 1981 once the Dark Period ended, but made it an every day thing instead of just Tuesday. WIN-TV however did follow the different season schedule they used to air until early 2000, shortly before the contract with TPIR ended on GSN.

According to the calendar, this was primarily the first 1981 week of post-DP reruns when it switched from TPIR - Anthology to the daily early 80’s run: Feb 27, March 4, March 5, March 25 and March 27. On a side note, according to the atgs archives, Win TV made its debut on 8/17/98 with a 1977 episode of TPIR. March 16 circulates but probably didn’t turn up on GSN due to the prize of the first pricing game The earliest clip I could find on youtube from after the grey logo change was of the Switcheroo “little puffin rhyme” playing from the March 27 episode: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bKKrlmqsoc-Ljqs.

@@Rewindium Had they continued with the TPIR Anthology instead of the daily early 80s run after the Dark Period era, we would have probably seen Season 7 episodes (1978-79) in rotation on Mondays, with 1981 on Tuesdays, 1983 on Wednesdays, 1987 on Thursdays, and 1992 on Fridays/Saturdays. And I think the years would have went ahead as it progressed had they stuck to that route.
