And Lynda got her bid on the catamaran exactly right but the $500 bonus was not a thing yet. 🚙 And the Eureka whisk hand-vac in the second game..."it evens grooms pets." What? Not many pets would let you use that contraption on them! And a submarine in the showcase? Giving away a deathtrap! 😂

There was no bonus back then for exactly guessing a price to get on stage. I was in the audience for a taping in the 1980's, and did see myself on TV when it aired. I didn't make it as a contestant. I doubt the episode will ever make it as a re-run on the Game Show Network. Nothing exciting happened that day. I remember every game played that day the contestants lost. I brought a lot of bad luck that day. :/
