That first lady up there, and her mom in the audience, are both about 250+ pounds. This is why ALL of our health care costs go up because people are harder to treat and operate on at that size. At 64, i stay in shape. They need to re do health care here in the USA and charge people by weight. Don't stick me for people who can't control their eating!
