This guy is right about boxing, many years ago to be undefeated really meant 2 b great, nowadays it only means u r protected or that u pick ur fights, boxing became more a bussiness than a sport, they create "great fighters" then make them fight guys who match their style to look good or unbeatable, example chavez jr, floyd n manny.

Its hard to believe that this guy was the biggest boxing star in the world before the Barerra defeat. He was widley regarded as the No. 1 P4P before the Barerra fight. I met him in 2002 at Alton Towers and he was so humble and kind, and took a photo with me, even though I was disturbing him and his family on a day out. His cockiness was just bravado, in real life he was not like that. I just wish he continued fighting at 28, instead of just giving up.
@88MaGiiCzZ8812 жыл бұрын
Wow prince is back .... He was a terrific fighter in his day , he was the best fighter to watch that ever lived in my opinion , his style was to seem stupid and drop his hands so people would throw punches but he would counted punch and knock them out usually in the second round ..... He had a famous punch as well it was a left uppercut but he just and if that connected then ur out .... woop there it is !

Ridiculous people throwing bullshit at him for losing ONE fight when he was NOT in the frame of mind of fighting.. they through the BEST at him.. he made them look easy.. made them look like NOTHING.. he told Barrera to come forward...all the best came forward.. Barrera refused to bring anything to the table, hid for years.. then eventually.. when Naseem was passed it.. he came forward. NASEEM YOU ARE A LEGEND.. you gave boxing a name... FACT...

Il tell ya what im from near sheffield and i can remember naz in his younger days with all the flash and,, some would say arrogance, but now hes a familey man and got his head together, i do think he would be a inspiration to the kids of yorkshire today, and yes boxing is losing popularity all all because of you havent got these super fighters like Naz, tyson ect, weather you liked them or not you watched eather for your chosen fighter to win or your most hated fighter to lose, ATB NAZ ,,, john

@FootballStar1882 Naseem Hamed didnt avoid anybody Barrera wudnt come up to featherweight until 2001 and naz wanted it since 1995.. Naseem was the greatest featherweight at the time.. and they wasnt any big names in the featherweight division remember that... Naseem hamed made the lower weight classes get the spotlight and then Barrera vs Morales became one of most greatest fights but they wud of not had the media without Naseem building it up.. Naseem hamed brit legend and my idol am from UK
