So the new road you aee is the access road for phase 2 and the casino construction. They want to avoid heavy construction traffic sharing the main entrance. They will restore the mangrove area on completion of phase 2 which is another 2 hotels with 1025 rooms total.
@stephengelber283310 күн бұрын
Wow. When is phase two supposed to start? And while that construction is going on the people at Princess grand will hear all the noise from that construction.
@snikwad57889 күн бұрын
I think there will definitely be some noise nuisance but I'm sure they will take steps to minimize it. I could live with that for being in such a nice place for a week or so.

Quite frankly, the beach does not look that appealing, they should’ve brought in a lot more white sand and put it in the water, especially around those over the water bungalows.

Any idea if the rooms and restaurants and inside the hotel is completed ? Supposed to go at Christmas. They need a better cleaning of the water. If the water isn’t beautiful people won’t spend the money to go here. Lots of other places in Jamaica with crystal clear water.

Nothing but servitude jobs on the plantation called Jamaica.
@thetitansofcitycarter720714 күн бұрын
But everyone is so excited for these opportunities.Not understanding it will have barely any impact toward their personal economy progress. If that was the case Jamaicans wouldn’t have to be leaving the island for much better opportunities after these resorts are built.Jamaicans could have started these projects built they lack the vision.
@dawnb1214 күн бұрын
dnnyc.cg2fc, why is it when you all see development in Jamaica, it is a problem to you all, servitude plantation or not, mind your own business.
@owenferguson789314 күн бұрын
It's what keeps the hospital running paying teacher nurse police stop Jamaican from running abroad or blaming the government saying nothing agwan . Government can't can't employed everyone at high level of payment without Big business like these who have other countries that they can go that wants them to help with their employment and national budget. The workers are even having modern living areas It's better than nothing. Lower wages or sitting at the road side trying to sell back yard food.
@owenferguson789314 күн бұрын
Could they earn more selling in the market or on the streets. It's these hotels as well that make the government have more money to spend now without borrowing .no new tax .said Nigel. Money is not printed bye the government. More Jamaican need knowledge about How money is aquire by the government. More employment more taxation more money to spend in the market in the shop more people bennifit Along the chain
