How many Jamaicans get to work on this project and what do they earn per hour? what will the staff earn per hour when its open? how many Jamaicans will be employed in management and administration and, at what per hour wage? Does the country of Jamaica own any portion in this investment? What the amount of property tax will this resort pay in the first 5 years, and in the second and third 5 years?
