Hey Joe i am a young supporter on your channel, and have been a supporter before dave. You are always talking about the freedom that you missed and mistakes you made. I have followed your channel for the positive message you bring out to people and the youth. Recently i was in an incident where a confrontation turned into a robbery and now my friend is in juvenile detention hall. My family and friend know about it and want me to go into court to testify that i was there and i was apart of it because i was the only one that got away. I pray for the best and i am sorry that i failed the APS army by making more dumb decisions and not being on the straight path like you try to push young people to be on. Pray for me and my friend please and hope for the best that these charges are dropped and everything turns out okay. APS family forever

APS!! Awesome video! Update on my life, I have my hearing tomorrow morning. I'm on bond as of now. My bond will be put towards some of my fines which is fine. But still owe 450$ and without stable income I am nervous about being able to pay it off fast enough. So, I may end up with even more jail time later on in June. I have failure to pay and also failure to appear. For tomorrow. Please all, if your of a faith send some prayers for me, not that I am innocent, I'm not, but instead for me to be able to handle this with Grace. Joe, thank you for emphasizing that these two preacher men are not indicative of most Preachers. I recently had to unsubscribe from a channel I really liked because the young woman running it, tore out pages from the Good Book to use as part of a silly/controversial art project. What bothered me was the fact that she used to constantly talk about what a big part God is in her Life. And then she goes and does that. I politely let her know how disappointed I was. Thing is, as an artist, she's talented enough that she didn't have to resort to pulling such a cheap trick to bring attention to her artistic abilities. I caught grief for my actions from some of her other subscribers for unsubbing. But as you said, religion is hugely important to many people. Before that incident, I had given her constant encouragement in all the videos she made. Including some in which she highlighted her personal issues. I noticed she remained silent after my last comment on her video. Some things, you just don't do while claiming to be of the Faith. So again, thank you Joe for emphasizing that these two men most certainly are not representative of all preacher men.

However by committing these evil acts they are simultaneously proving themselves to not be of whatever faith they happen to be misrepresenting. The problem with Asetru is that there are very different things being done and taught in different groups. Iv heard some of the most toxic attitudes. Deciding to bar 'the wrong' gods from their group, shittalking people for following deities they don't respect or view as valid. As a Pagan my view is that the Asetru thing is only as good as the local group. Iv seen some incredibly good groups and some incredibly shitty ones. It isn't the be all or end all of paganism and the attitude that some of them have is not helping things.
