It was started by the tory Major government, but expanded by the new Labour government. I don't understand why the government can't borrow the money and pay for the cost of public provisions and infrastructure straight away rather than paying extortionate high interest bearing debt to pfi companies 😡 😡 😡

Not having to report it as current expenditure means they look as though they're more fiscally prudent than they are. You've every right to be angry!
