But one of the most gracious things one can be blessed with is that 'sense' of whether a suffering is a Test, a Lesson or a Punishment... something that can be so hard to discern... yet is so vital if we are to respond to that suffering correctly.

First thing first, lets straight up the term and the wording. Well, according to dictionary, holo caust simply means large destruction. It has nothing to do with any specific camp at first. So, it makes you wonder of what the veterans meant when they mentioned "hol caust" in the interview (if you have watched the interview of veterans in band of brother, nobody said the word "camp", except training camp). Secondly, for any hard determinism person out there. Well, dont complain when The Creator throws you into hellfire if you think atheism as hard-determined tho 🤣 Somebody who became atheist because of "it has been hard-determined", thats fallacy. If there were no freewill, everything had been hard-determined. Then who had hard-determined it? In the end, there has to be The Creator. The fact that people can make complain, it just means that we have the freewill. Its as simple as that.

an advice from a Muslim brother to another. Arabic attire doesn't represent Islam nor it is rewarding. the more Arabic you look has nothing to do with how practicing you are. be comfortable in your native clothes but apply the Islamic rullings(shortening the pants above ankle, wearing shorts under the knees and....) , in this way you don't lose your sense of belonging to your people and the place you are living in. i ask Allah to aid you through your hardship

God created Good and Evil, Because if he is going to test Humanity, then there should be a difference between whats right and whats wrong. When Allah sent Prophet Moses and Aaron, may peace be upon them to Pharaoh, Allah told them to go and speak nicely to him and warn him of what evil he was doing. But Allah knew Pharaoh was going to die a Disbeliever, why did he send someone to help him? That is because it teaches us and shows us something, it is our job to remove evil, Allah told us to repel evil with good. Consider this: if we all did care for the poor as much as the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم wanted us to be, would there be any poor people or would there be more hardships or more sad lives? Your Lord has given you what you need to know, and he only gives Knowledge to those who are truly guided, and Knowledge is Light, and with Knowledge Comes Wisdom, and it is truly Allah who guides people.
