Is it possible - "I realized that Mango, who grew up wild in the jungle, had a special diet as a chimpanzee."

'as a chimpanzee' describes Mongo, not his 'diet', so it really needs to be closer to the word "Mongo." Try to think of a long sentence as being made up of small idea pieces. Group the ideas that belong to each other.
