It would be cool if they made it so that stuns only reset like half of sparky's charge or something but i think that change would probably never happen

They should make it spawn with 1 bar charged so it can maybe do something on defense when played reactionary (like not let 2 hog hits through)

Maybe give sparky a stun effect? Each shot stuns whatever it hits? Or maybe knocks it back? Maybe this would make ot more effective against heavy decks, which i think was its intended purpose

A balance change and a "fix" to sparky stats is to either decrease her hit speed to .5 seconds and her charge speed to 4 so she can at least win against electro wizard again, or increase her damage so she can actually one shot cards in exchange for her slow charge speed + hit speed. And then another little fix is to put in her description a charge speed stat, and a hit speed stat because it confuses players. Either sparky needs one of these buffs because it isn't 2018 anymore where electro wizard is the best option to counter sparky as she has 10,000 counters nowadays. A small buff, which might not be better due to the nature of sparkys kit is to make stuns take away 2 charged rings instead of all 3. But I think that that makes no sense. Sparky definitely needs a buff because she literally so easy to counter. All of the good cards that have been good for a while, goblins, skeletons, log, ice spirit, electro spirit, evo tesla, etc. etc. all counter her. That's why shes so bad because everyone is always running her counters. Maybe even another buff is to let her destroy shields. She's so match up dependent and on top of that even running cards you don't see as much like guards counter her. You always have to overcommit to keep sparky alive and then when you do and they use rocket or lighting or even evo zap it's all wasted. There is zero reason not to buff her. It's sad that she needs to rely on goblin giant or another win condition to be considered good at all.

I think a card as peculiar as sparky is inevitably going to be matchup dependent, but at the same time, it feels like sparky barely has any good matchups anymore. I think a damage buff might not be a bad idea, so that sparky is still countered by the same stuff, but she's also better against the cards she's supposed to be good against. Like, I think sparky should at the very least one-shot mini-pekka. Or, since nobody really uses sparky for the splash, maybe reduce the splash radius slightly and then increase the damage so that she one-shots valkyrie.

Giant Sparky is also good like the Agony King version. And also play it with tornado and if you can time them properly then it is very good. Also a lot of your points about Sparky are not that valid lol

They should reduce the delay when its abt to shoot from 1s to 0.5, this was a change made a few yrs ago. Gives sparky those fadeaway shots that make her worth playing. W the evos and guards i dont think she'd be OP

in general supercell seems too afraid of making expensive cards actually worth their cost the meta has been cheap spam cards for soooo long,even if you watch which cards got an evolution they were mostly cheap cycle cards and completely forgone any beatodown card until maybe goblin giant very recently they seem to like the meta where you just mindlessly spam at the bridge

evos have ruined the game imo. my best time playing was when champions came out. skeleton king graveyard deck. too complicated now. i play video games to relax

Sparky should instantly fully charged right upon being zapped or struck by lightning. This would make more sense because it shoots electric blast.

That would make her broken because then cycling and using electric cards instantly wins you the game. If anything she should be charged by 1 ring but even then not everyone is using electric cards
