The Problem with the Everdell Complete Collection Insert

I (Phillip) happily pulled Everdell out of the box and started looking at all the pieces then reading all the rules and quickly realized that there was something terribly wrong going on.
The insert is great and holds all the pieces of the game in the place where they should be in a very nicely laid out manner. It is just that fact that you have to pull everything out of the box to play a single base game of it.
And that is a problem that the engineer in charge never thought about as he put it all together in a very tight and wonderfully packaged box.
First world problems I know but inserts in my opinion should help you table and break down the game before and after, not hinder it being pulled out!
