I know see that the ultimate guide is quite useless. However, I do know that this doesn’t really mean anything in the entire Fnaf lore. But, when you pointed out how Jason was not marlas half brother, well I looked through the silver eyes and they are half siblings. They might not clearly say “ oh he’s my half brother”. At the end of chaptaper 4 page 131, Marla does say that her dad left, not Jason’s. And that she says “so Jason’s dad and our mom” . My apologies for rambling on for pretty much nothing, but good day sir and to however bothers reading this. :)

#1. "The book shows the animatronics in the wrong order on stage." - Can't agree with the FNAF1 stage order being incorrect. I don't think its a matter of being incorrect, I think they were just added alphabetically. As somebody with a bit of OCD, I tend to list things alphabetically and the fact the stage is set as - Bonnie, Chica, Freddy - just seems like alphabetical placement. I don't think its supposed to be functioning like an early 2000's player guide to FNAF. #2. "The mechanic of killing you or crashing your game is separated between the original 11 animatronics and the additional 4 when this isn't true." - The FNAF2 section doesn't separate the function of killing you or crashing your game, it just says 11 of them are roaming the floor looking to kill you or crash your game, let alone the other four that AREN'T roaming the floor and are just nightmare fuel. The mechanic of 'looking to kill you or crash your game' is not being separated in this exposition, its just saying there are four others capable of doing this that aren't even on the floor as added micromanagement baggage. #3. "The game doesn't crash after the first cutscene." - FNAF3's beginning game cutscene crash I'm fairly certain is 100% correct. It's referring to the first cutscene that appears, the camera goes out, an ERR shows up and the crashes you back to beginning of the game. This only occurs when you enter the game for the first time. The use of the word 'crash' is probably referring to the coding of the game terminating the exe and relaunching after the crash. Just because the game doesn't -close- doesn't mean the game isn't crashing. Emulators are a great example of being able to 'crash' a game and restart it without closing the window. #4. "I don't remember if Bonnie can enter the hallway but the book doesn't even reference as such, let alone that Bonnie can attack from it." - Bonnie can most certainly enter the hallway and the mapping for the withered animatronics shows this. Any animatronic that enters the hallway can attack you directly as such. In this case, the UG is still correct. (Just because the path doesn't show a direct line to your office from the hallway doesn't mean it can't enter the office.) **Show the mapping if you're gonna say it's incorrect.** #5. The book clearly states they're theories, not facts. There are multiple 'purple guys' in this franchise with both Mike and William existing. And the book does a fairly solid job of not clearly pointing fingers saying "This is definitely the answer.." so this is design of keeping things vague is intended. #6. "30 years after FNAF1 closed." - The book states it took place 30 years after horrific events at freddy's (though to which specific events we're not sure). This is most likely because the original FNAF1 location was torched and set on fire. Even if you ignore any previously made theory, in FNAF3 you're jumpscared by burned versions of both FNAF1 and FNAF2 animatronics. The UG even goes out of its way to tell you this. The horrific events isn't the place shutting down, its the buildings being unexpectedly set ablaze. #7. "Phone guy doesn't explain its 30 years after FNAF1." - On night 2 of FNAF3, phone guy explains that he found 'vintage training tapes' from the old location. Most antique collectors and sellers consider something to be vintage once it's about 40 years old. While phone guy doesn't straight up say '30 years since' he does give you a rough reference period of time for how long its been. The mention of 'make sure nothing catches on fire!' on night 1 is a reference to what happened to the previous location. #8. "You can't reach the maintenance panel to avoid Phantom Foxy's Jumpscare." - There is literal video evidence this is possible. The problem is that they didn't flick the maintenance panel back up a second time to see if it would repel Phantom Foxy. kzbin.info/www/bejne/gpfbh4yFm9Cdd9U #9. "The stage 01 minigame refers to Spring Bonnie as Springtrap when Willam and the suit haven't fused yet." - Spring Bonnie and Fredbear both had purple additions to their costume, particularly a hat and bow for Fredbear and a bow for Spring Bonnie. The stage 01 minigame clearly shows Golden Freddy (as his hat is not purple) and William performing in Springtrap (as the suit has no purple bow and is similar to the suit he gets springlocked in). #10. "The Shadow animatronics aren't helping the kids." - First off, there's virtually little to nothing known about the Shadow Animatronics so saying they're some 'malevolent energy' that's manifested to lure children for Purple Guy BY Purple Guy based on FNAF6's audio of Henry referring to William's trap is absurd. You could just as easily argue that since the animatronics have free-roam and the error they encounter when trying to enter the backroom, William setup some kind of disruption device that would temporarily stun/disable them when they wandered by. If you wanted to expose a killer and had no way to communicate, you'd probably try guiding someone to the killer too. ----- I'm gonna stop here with this list as I'm completely disinterested from watching the rest of the video me at this point. 7 minutes in and every single point you've stated the book being incorrect about have been cherry-picked critiques on assembly and flat negligence of research. Every single point I corrected took less than 3 minutes of searching to find every answer for and the fact that you fail to show us some things like the pathing of the withered animatronics when making your case about its poor representation just comes off as whiny. You should always show ALL of your evidence and try to explain the issue in-depth when making any kind of video like this.

Yeah, he lost me at Mrs. Afton dying first, this video is pretty flawed. Edit: Seems bias, one thing to keep in mind with these 'false books' is JUST BECAUSE IT CONTRADICTS WITH YOUR/OUR THEORIES DOES NOT MEAN IT IS FALSE, it may mean we've been looking at things all wrong.

I honestly see the Ultimate Guide as a more of a stepping stone towards finding better information. Like, this is a good book for getting someone interested in a deep dive, but it's not a definitive source of information. If anything, it's basically if Fazbear Entertainment tried to continue covering up the incidents by planting wrong details, which is honestly in-character for that company, lol.

Actually, many of the illustrations on the Fazbears Frights are pretty innacurate to the descriptions, (besides the one's you mentioned) and i mean a LOT OF mistakes. Dance with me - Kasey not doesn't have braids, Fetch - Greg not beign blond, Lonely Freddy - having a doll instead of the "Yarg Foxy" and Alec having brown hair instead of blond, Hide-and-Seek - Toby looks like a little kid when it's actually said several times that he's a high schooler. And the list goes oooon! (Even the covers of the books too i think.) The reason for this was because (for some reason) Scott commissioned LadyFiszi for the illustrations before the stories were given to her. (So it's likely that the descriptions of the characters changed over time as the stories were made) so Scott gave her vague descriptions on how the characters were looking or how the events looked. So LadyFiszi didn't have much of a choice to make some parts up herself and Scott just rolled with it. Sorry if i sounded rude or the many grammar errors but i thought to leave this comment.

@@theanthony2799 it's described to have realistic teeths and eyes from what i remember (Oscar or one of his friends even touches one of his eyes it and its said to be jelly like i think) i remember there was also a spot where you could plug him to recharge it. The illustration however... just the classic plushtrap. An example of the artworks beign innacurate. I wouldn't even consider Raj and Isaac designs there.

I wholeheartedly agree with your opinion about StitchlineGames. When the leaks of the book first came out me and one of my friends were both freaking out about the idea that it might be canon. While I can't say it is as I haven't read the book myself, he did tell me it's a possibility. Heck, it hurts even further for me because I love writing and storytelling, so seeing the FNaF story even have a possibility of turning out like that just... it doesn't feel well.

I know this is a really old video, but I'd like to leave my two cents. A lot of the mistakes you found here range from nitpicky to dumb, but not... book break? (Is that the term im going with?) Hell, some of the mistakes you presented here AREN'T EVEN MISTAKES. You say there are 50 mistakes, which is (kinda) true, but to treat every single one of those mistakes and inconsistences equally is just kinda stupid in my opinion. Most of the chapters in the ultimate guide aren't just going on what we know is true or false as of now, but rather on what info and theories the fandom as a whole had and thought at the time of that game coming out. That's why most of the info in it feel, so wrong and contradictory.

3 things: 1. HOLY CRAP!!! I DIDN'T NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO REPLY THAT FAST!!!! 2. yeah, most things in the UG Just come from the beginning of the Fandom perspective, AND the current Fandom perspective. The UG has info in the "Lore and Theories" section's from how the fandom was thinking when that information/game had just come out. As well as info from how the fandom is currently thinking about certain topics. Like Miketrap of course we know NOW that Springtrap and Michael are 2 different people, but when FNAF SL custom night first came out we didn't know for sure. The ultimate guide isn't ment for people who already know everything about current Fnaf and it's fandom, Its ment for people who are new to the franchise and need to be caught up to the current lore AND the history of theorizing in the community. 3. Even though I don't agree on 100% agree on some of the ideas you come up with or the stuff you theorize about, I still love you channel and to get another perspective on some things. Also Henry’s speech in FNaF 6 doesn’t confirm anything, especially that William put all the spirits together. He simply speaks too vaguely. Also for the Sister Location Custom Night page, it doesn’t say that Funtime Foxy works the same as Foxy in FNaF 1, it says that “they both follow the same rules” very key distinction that you failed to point out.

Not to mention that you said all of this was confirmed in Ultimate Custom Night which as I said isn’t true. And you misreading what the book said about Funtime Foxy working the same as he did in FNaF 1, which is not actually what it said. Just like the empty room in CC’s house originally was just a room to show a Mangled toy (to symbolize Mangle in CC’s dream) but then was changed to Elizabeth’s room. Unless you’re implying that Scott would go back and change file names to fit the story that he was now telling the I don’t know what to tell you.

Susie was the first victim of the MCI, but Charlotte died before everyone, even before the crying child (as is implied in Midnight Motorist and the real Jake) and Elizabeth (as the Funtimes were created only after the missing children incident).

I have a question, this isn’t relevant to the video but I was arguing with someone saying the Fazbear Frights books are bad because they aren’t relevant to the universe of FNaF. My overall argument is that these stories are just myths and horror stories in this universe with varying degrees of truth or tie in to the story of the games, I say this is relevant because in Help Wanted was about Fazbear Entertainment being upset at the stories and rumors made by the FNaF games. Now the question is based on your knowledge, is this stuff happening in universe, are they canon to the games, or are they just myths?

A bunch of minute details wrong, sure. But the lore can be right. Michael helping William is entirely possible. The Ella doll being reproduced could have happened when Fazbear Entertainment LLC made light of situations, and I believe she even appears on an arcade cabinet in Security Breach. William is technically possessing the Spring Bonnie suit, it’s just not in the paranormal sense. The first 4 FNAF games are made by Steve. Michael simultaneously is and isn’t the protagonist of FNAF 4. In the game, we play as The Crying Child. In the events, it would actually be Michael. In Steve’s games, FNAF 2’s paycheck would be off on the date since it is Michael on his quest. Shadow Freddy would be helpful for the dead kids in FNAF 3 because their spirits could be getting freed, and they take vengeance on William. Shadow Bonnie might not be mentioned to be attacking us for our remnant, but for the remnant we obtained. Special Delivery is a giant remnant factory, similar to the Funtime animatronics. If Shadow Bonnie can yoink the remnant we got from the robots that were trying to take our remnant, it would prevent the robot that eventually kills us from getting loads of remnant. Lastly, you mentioned Nightmarionne with male pronouns. The voice is masculine, but the puppet is still entirely a girl.

There are SO many mistakes. The character inventory is chock full of mistakes. JJ’s profile shows balloon boy, it said nightmarionne was in FNAF AR, FNAF 1’s map has chica and Freddy in the wrong way round golden Freddy has a purple hat, the inventory was missing characters who existed at that time. I’m kinda sad how wrong it is.
