Those rivets going into plywood will be next to useless without metal backing - even using a washer behind the rivet would've improved the durability a lot.

Considering how warped much of the plywood they used was, I don't think that "high quality" is something they're aiming for.

@ 6:30 - terrifying Saw! (Table saws, even the really small model-making ones, scare the out of me!) Note: I *have* a smaller model-making saw - uses a 4 inch blade. It scares me a whole lot!

Not just that, but having the blade up that high has the cutting edge closer to a 90 degree angle to the wood, which makes it rip splinters out on the back side of the cut. So, not only do you have a far greater chance of removing fingers, but a worse cut. There is just absolutely no reason for it.
