THANK YOU SOOOOO MUCH for this information. My father and family lives in Kakamega, but I have to travel to Nairobi first and then catch a plane to Kakamega. My first time visiting was in 2016 and all I needed was my passport. However, now in addition to the passport you need a tourist VISA. You will have to convert the photo to JPG before uploading it ! This is the only way to allow the application sister location to except it. Unfortunately, transgender’s are not supported in the way they need to be. It’s definitely unsafe if you are transgender the saddens me so dearly. I have many clients that are trans ,because I am a travel agent that would like to visit some African countries but unfortunately I fear for their safety, so I advise against it .

Heyy For the eVisa, I'm almost done witht the process, but I have two questions 1. Will my credit card be charged ONLY if my application is accepted? 2. On the website, it is said that I need a picture 2x2 inches for the visa photo. However, when I went to the photo store, they told me that the required size for a visa is like 2x1inches, (approx. Hello thank you for watching! They are going to charge your card regardless. You have to pay the fee for them to process your visa. Your second question you will have to upload the photo and resize it !

Yes you need to email them and let them know that you have in the issue also worst case scenario is if you can put the application in and get an application number you can also pay once you arrive in the immigration office I did this as well
