Hi, did you notice that the booklet cover for the new 10 years passports now have a velvet booklet cover (like the ones being issued in Nigeria or let's say UK)? Just wondering if your have the new cover or still the old one being issued at Ottawa. Thank you

You should get a safe at their office to keep your belongings. That was what I got as well and others that came on the day I went.

Acknowledge slip is not important so far you have your appointment letter, payment receipt and registration slip…. You are good

Hello ma, I just got my NIN and started my passport renewal application, but when i checked the appointment dates, there was none available till December 23rd of this year.😢 My study permit is expiring in December. So i need to renew it by September. Please how can i let them know it is urgent? I am so scared. Please help 🙏🏽
