- Printed copy of your passport interview invitation, this must be presented to the security official before entry into the Chancery.
- Passport application form.
- Payment slip and acknowledgement slip.
- Your current e-passport and photocopy of bio data page of e-passport.
- Two current passport photographs with white background.
- A self-addressed Canada post envelope, a REGIONAL ENVELOPE for those within Ontario and a NATIONAL ENVELOPE for those outside of Ontario.
-Money order for the applicable administrative fees

Yes, correct it shouldn’t be an issue for local/domestic travel. Personally I know people that used their PR card/work permit.

Hi! If I put an extra middle name on my application form but it’s not on my NIN and passport…is that okay? Everything else corresponds except from that. For example if I have Mary Elizabeth Owolabi on my NIN and passport but on my application form is Mary Elizabeth Jane Owolabi…will I be affected? With tracking number on your self addressed envelope..They will give you when you submit but you can proactive take a picture of the envelope before you submit
