Was time for Diesel Power! I missed one change to the Hi-Hat tough at the end of the track. But since its all pretty much freestyle anyway, I guess it doesn't really matter ;-)
Next recording I'll have to record the Toms too for more punch during fills, was just too lazy for this one...

@@NurIslam-ck3wc ah thx, no I understand ^^ well ofc I "feel" the music when I play it. As like with every instrument, drumming is also an art of expression wich would be impossible without any feelings behind it. And yeah, most of the stuff I played in this videocame naturally to me, I didnt "practised" this session or anything, I just goofed around until I found some nice patterns that matched the sound best for me and I recorded it. Was really a fun-focused project :-) I guess I should do more of this stuff since I got some pretty good feedbacks on this one. Sadly I dont got any room to play drums at the moment... lets see what the future brings!

that's an example of overplaying the drums. sometimes against the flow, sometimes just off

Have a look at Delta Empire. He overplays all his Prodigy covers, but I choose to see that as adding your own personal touch to your cover. This was maybe a touch overplayed but it only made it more enjoyable in my book. As long as you don't spoil it it's cool, and this dude certainly didn't.
