So much good advice. I don't have the time at work to think about time zappers and what is causing frustration during busy periods and this will really help my productivity and time management so I can be more prepared I the future. Not to mention the underlying message of self respect - taking care of yourself so you can perform at your best and build/maintain self confidence. Something I often overlook.
