Totally agree. Though I am very VERY partial to Life on Mars, truth is, no sooner I had finished watching that wonderful show, I got a huge Professionals craving, a show I'd watched several years back. And it still doesn't let me down. Besides, Bodie... *drool*

I'm American and I think "The Professionals" is a FAR better show than "Starsky and Hutch." And better than all the other police type shows too. The only thing that I think comes close in a different way is "Luther." To me this is especially amazing since this show was made in the 70's. A corny time period for most American TV.
