Inspired by the death of a loved one, Eco-Me is an all-natural cleaning supply company started by two best friends who wanted to help people rid their home of potentially toxic products. But their inspired products are being undermined by bad business practices, lousy marketing and major debt. Serial entrepreneur Marcus Lemonis has a game plan to turn the company around but will Eco-Me's stubborn and shortsighted owners embrace change before it's too late?
About The Profit:
When Marcus Lemonis isn’t running his multi-billion dollar company, Camping World, he goes on the hunt for struggling businesses that are desperate for cash and ripe for a deal. In each one-hour episode of The Profit, Lemonis makes an offer that’s impossible to refuse; his cash for a piece of the business and a percentage of the profits. And once inside these companies, he’ll do almost anything to save the business and make himself a profit; even if it means firing the president, promoting the secretary or doing the work himself.

All business 'problems' come from mindset problems from the people running the business. This is why people like Marcus and other coaches / consultants are so important because they can come in with expertise and an outside view on the whole company to quickly analyze what old methods and habits of theirs need to be changed or updated.

I mix water and vinegar at home and clean. I put 1/2 cup vinegar in laundry wash water. Clean windows with vinegar and wipe with old newspaper. Why but this product when vinegar and soda are so cheap and so available? IDK
