Thank you Maike. The info reached me when I needed it the most. I was forced to take some days of work due to intense exhaustion as a busy-body projector (defined plex and root). So I laid in the sun listening to this. So grateful for HD and yourself for making the information direct and digestible. Working on being a lot more patient with myself during this deconditioning process and RESTING DEEPLY. 🙏❤️

I love hearing your speech on last few minutes of the video. I agree, i live my life my life fully. There is up and down, back and forward, tears and laugh, but i have zero regrets. I am proud of myself no matter how people said how imperfect i am. Still has a lot of homework on how to treat myself according to my design. Can't wait to implement all of your tips and see new me. I have to say this: you are absolutely mind-blowing, and I don't usually give compliments easily, but this is definitely the right time. I've been learning about Human Design for quite some time, and I randomly came across your account just yesterday, hoping to find something fresh and different from what others offer. And there you were. As I started watching your videos, one after the other, I found myself resonating deeply, not only with the information you shared but also with how you present it-your style, your energy, and the little nuances. I can confidently say that I love everything about the way you communicate. What’s more, the information you provide, filtered through your own experiences and perspective, is so unique, one-of-a-kind, and incredibly useful. Thank you for talking about things others don’t, and thank you for being so generous. With immense appreciation and recognition flying your way, I can’t wait to watch more of your videos. Much love from Spain, from a 1/4 Splenic Projector. ☺

12 hours after watching, I'm coming back here in the comments to say Thank You: I realized I don't know How To Rest, the guilt trip around it is huge, and I'm indeed triggered by people who can just rest... You know the books by Thomas Erikson, "Surrounded by Idiots" / "Surrounded by Bad Bosses", etc? I could write "Surrounded by Sacral Beings"... Big lessons are hidden for us in those videos. Thank you for taking the time to put in the effort and share. Love!

Aha ! Thank you! As a 5/1 44-26 with a root activated as well , I'm very happy to find you . Please share more on your experience with your design . Really great insights , especially the digestion tip ,really gave me a good perspective. I'm really struggling to keep my eating habits in check. As far as the sleep strategies go , I've noticed that waking up early and slowly geting into a physical/energetic (mostly qigong, yoga stuff) and then meditation, sets my day straight! And if I don't eat dinner and get even a short meditation instead, works even better if you go to sleep around 10pm , u know ,tcm clock. If only I wasn't a right body I would do it all the time lol . Thanks again! U go girl!

I'm an energetic splenic 1/3 projector... It often takes me 15-20 minutes to fall asleep at night (much longer after a night dancing). I also nap/lay down almost every single day for 20-45 minutes and this helps a lot with my energy. Thanks for sharing, keep it up!!

I feel very connected to everything you’ve said. 💖✨ I’m currently experiencing the bad part of being a projector, with its burnouts and resulting increasingly extreme tiredness and lack of motivation. So I know that I’m not following my own path, and at the same time, I’m confuse and afraid to start from scratch, as you say as a guide for others. If only all teenagers could listen to your videos and know what kind of human design they are, they could then properly choose their college career and profession and avoid the pain of not doing so. 🥺 Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience! 🙏 They are useful to many! 🌟💖

Hello Maike! Thank you for this video. I am listening whilst feeling incredibly burnt out. On a side note, I'm curious about what your thoughts are on exercise! My coach has me weightlifting four times per week and doing cardio twice per week but I often wonder if this is the way for projectors. It can feel too much sometimes. I'm an energetic projector.

@@speaktoalice def not if your feeling burned out and your sleep is bad 💓 sometimes our bodies needs rest, that sounds like an intense workout and Its hard for me to assess without speaking to you.
