This prologue makes so much more sense after seeing the movie. They really should not have cut this as it reflects on two very important scenes later in the film.

I saw the official trailer a while back and saw a quick scene at the drive thru and I just came out of the theater and never saw that part. I asked my two kids if I missed it when I went to get soda and popcorn refill and they were like no that part never came out. This would've made the movie so much better.

I think that this prologue was absolutely necessary for the final cut of the film and it completely baffles me why it was cut. A simple 5 minute prologue that sets up plenty of species we’ll see throughout the film, as well as provides us with a unique and very documentary-esk Cretaceous period opening would definitely have garnered positive reactions from any moviegoer. Nope. It's highly unlikely that the T-rex had feathers. Smaller theropods like the raptors did, but for a dinosaur the size of a T-rex it would be a disadvantage. Its size helps it stay warm, so feathers would only be needless waste of resources, especially since it would take a lot of feathers to cover such a big animal. Elephants aren't covered in fur for probably the same reason. We've also found skin imprints that show that the T-rex had exposed skin.

@@elvingarcia3010 Hey reading this for 1 minute might change your life This proves why we think a God exists. Read on even if you believe in God it will only take 1 minute please. God had to of create time; and time has a beginning, middle, and end. So God has no beginning as time doesn't apply to him before he created it. Please just believe God exists that is all I ask. What created the universe? This wouldn't apply to God as God teaches it always existed and God created time so God had no beginning. Please continue reading below, I only mean for your own good :) Who created stars and planets if life created itself what created black holes, stars, comets, planets, lava, water, trees, the complex human brain, dreams, hallucinations, etc. Some refute God with all the suffering in the world, but that is not right. God teaches for every difficulty he honors the person in the next life adequately. And every person suffering would actually prefer to suffer for what they get in the next life. Would you suffer from starvation for 5 years for a million dollars? Please read below. These points really proved a God could exist to us and the point of this message isn't to convert you but just show how a God exists and get you to believe it could and not worship it. I suggest you also believe in God for great reward. You don't spend / lose anything and you will get rewarded a lot. If you want to know more on how to worship God (you can worship for 5 minutes even to better your paradise) for more great reward in the hereafter please visit atheismisover.com and see point 4 but read the site all it will take 2 minutes. Imagine a million times the flavor of your favorite food. In paradise you get what you want so wouldn't you want to worship God to make your paradise better? God says if you knew the reward for worship you would do it crawling in the dawn time. Please share this message with family and friends for great reward as giving invitation to God has great reward in the next life. Remember the reward for worship? It's nothing compared to that. And I love how her behavior at the drive-in really shows that these dinosaurs aren't monsters, just animals getting by in the world. What bothered me is that the end of Fallen Kingdom and the marketing for Dominion, tried to sell us on the idea that we would get a movie where humans would be adapting to dinosaurs roaming the earth. It's false marketing. It's about locusts. There has also been a lot of cuts. The previously released Prologue and Short Movie, which were supposed to be the opening of this movie are just completely gone. Ironically those were the only moments where we saw humans adapting to the dinosaurs. Instead we get a quick 30second exposition montage in the beginning of the movie and that's it, seriously that shot from Mososaurus from the trailer is the literal screentime of that scene. I was expecting this huge action scene on the boat. Almost the entire movie takes place in a facility in the mountains. Which begs the question: why release the dinosaurs worldwide, call it Dominion, only for most of the movie taking place in a remote and closed nature facility? It doesn't make sense, especially when the dinosaurs are not even the main threat to the planet in this movie.

First of all, the concept that dinosaurs can bond with humans is what makes Jurassic World so great. You can't tell me that's unrealistic. It is possible to form bonds with king cobras, saltwater crocodiles, bumblebees, a whole pride of lions, etc. Second of all, Blue saved Rexy's life, so no duh they wouldn't fight each other at the end. Third of all, the dinosaurs have been portrayed as wild animals except for the Indoraptor and Scorpius Rex, and that is because the Indoraptor was modified to be able to fight in wars and the Scorpius Rex was Jurassic World's first non frog DNA hybrid and was very unstable. And finally, yes, let's thank God! Not any of the people actually involved in the movie's production.

For me, it looks like they just slapped fur on the original model without actually changing the anatomy to be more accurate. There's no rock-hard evidence that Tyrannosaurus rex even had dinofuzz and we even have scale impressions from all throughout the body. I think if they had lost the dinofuzz, added lips, non-pronated wrists, and changed the skull structure, then it would have done a better job.

@@theway289 Thats was convenient lol. In truth they still weren't sure how much heritage dinosaurs and birds shared from a genetic point of view at the time Jurassic Park was made in 1993. @Jurassic Hero Yes, but they are still in the water, you can see one in the background walking around in water. ~SPOILERS!~ I think the locusts were used to discuss the ethical issues of genetic engineering AND to show how BioSyn wanted more money as they wanted to use the dinosaurs for pharmaceutical purposes. But yes, they could have certainly mentioned this was their intention with the dinos & locusts more to remind us viewers, & not feel like some deterrent as I understand why many people feel/felt that way. Additionally and most importantly, the film really wasn't what all the promotions had promised us - we believed it was going to be dinosaurs trying to adapt to humanity throughout America, & the encounters people have with them. I still enjoyed the film, but it would of course been better to get what we were lead to believe the film would be, and yes that premise honestly would've been more thrilling anyway.

The best part of this was the ending. I like that the Rex isn’t acting like some monster and eating everyone in sight. She’s just a big ol bird lizzer who just happened to show up at the wrong place at the wrong time. The only people who (maybe) died in that whole scene was that guy who got hit by the car. As for the Cretaceous scene, yeah, it’s extremely inaccurate. Giganotosaurus and T-Rex would have never crossed paths, T-Rex (likely as an adult) didn’t actually have feathers, and Oviraptor (even though it looks amazing) probably didn’t steal eggs. I really liked this prologue, and I have a few things to say about it. What I liked: -When the bug landed on the Dreadnoughtus' leg, the skin started twitching to get the insect to fly off. I thought this was cool because horses and wild ponies will do the same thing; their skin twitching when their tail can't reach a bug -The Oviraptor's movements were very bird-like, and when it heard a dino roar it instantly perked up, ready to run. Kinda reminded me of a chicken or something. Very nice -That Nasutoceratops just wallowing in the water, he looked so happy, like he was having a good time :) -Rexy didn't attack anyone at the theater, she was more confused, scared, and exhausted of where she was and what was happening to her. One thing I'm a bit worried about is Rexy's roars. I'm fine with them slightly modifying them because she's getting older, but I still want to be able to hear some form of the original roars in there. An example would be in Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom, Rexy's roars sound louder and deeper, which is cool, but we still have an aspect or tone of the original roar. That's what I really like. All in all, a very nice short, and I really enjoyed watching it.

Copy this message and share it in the link below: pastebin.com/hdvANthz Thank you for reading and have a great day! 😊

This is EXACTLY what I’ve been wanting since The Lost World: seeing some dinos wreck the modern human public and it was one reason I was so excited at the end of FK. I’m surprise no one has tried a “Dawn of the Dead” with dinosaurs so hopefully this delivers on at least the “turn off your brain” action pieces.

Then Tyrannosaurus is just a scared animal in a strange place, being bombarded by lights, screens, screams, horns, smells of strange people, strange clothing, and strange food. It acts how a real animal that os afraid would act, attempting to scare away the perceived thread, whilst running away.
