I scale COTE in intelligence this way: 1.Ayanokoji 2.Yagami 3.Tsukishiro 4.Sakayanagi 5.Ichika 6.Manabu 7.Nagumo 8.Ryuen 9.Tsubaki 10.Horikita I think that Tsukishiro should win against Ray even with less feats I mean Yagami might be smarter but he can’t outsmart Tsukishiro especially after readinh vol 0
