Craig performs Roberto Giobbi's The Prophecy in today's Magic Live. This is an incredible prediction routine featuring wallets that's super unique and take's full advantage of the heart's effect. Here's how the routine works: the magician shows their audience a wallet that is clearly open and emptied. It only contains a single envelope. Said envelope is placed back inside the wallet before it is given to the spectator for safekeeping. The audience member is free to select a card from an imaginary deck. The spectator opens their wallet and the magician opens the envelope. Inside the envelope is the exact prediction the audience member chose. Give it a watch and let us know what you think.

Love this trick, it's high on my wishlist despite I don't like the wallet. It's to big and bulky, not something I would carry around with me. But nice to see the trick in a performance, thanks!

I’ve always wrestled with the off by one principle. If you knew you would be off by one, then wouldn’t you preemptively correct that to be the correct card? It’s such an illogical situation. Yet another trick already solved by the Invisible Deck.

I’m with others in thinking the “off by one “ spiel up front feels unnecessary and actually spoils the surprise.

Ya this one I don't feel as any real "wow" factor. Lacks excitement when the reveal is done especially actually being "one card off' and your telling them that at the beginning? So the spectator excitement is lost as they are expecting to be blown away that you could actually pull off the named card in the reveal.

The wallet is big, ugly, and cheap. And there are much easier ways to do Kolossal Killer. (You can even see poor Craig struggling to get the card out of the envelope.) I think that this is way overpriced--and overhyped--for what you get.
