Can't separate without reparations. The US govt does not own 5 or 6 states to give us. 80% of land within US territory is owned by private owners & states. The only land US govt owns is state parks, military bases, federal buildings etc. States have states rights, they have governor's and can succeed from the union at any point. No other country including all of African countries are willing to give us land. Cash reparations are the only solution.
