Thanks for such a comprehensive video! A lot of what I’m seeing is that VOIP is a less-expensive option when comparing side-by-side. But, what about if we already have an existing landline based phone system? Is it still cost effective to make the switch or better to stay put since we’ve already invested in the system and have all the components?

Hi Meghan. First and foremost, thank you so much for the kind comments. At this point it's almost always smarter from the cost and logistics/automation stand point to switch to VOIP. I don't know how big your current business or on-premise phone system is, but typically there is mega savings in switching to VOIP over regular old analog line based services. Also, DO NOT FORGET, the FCC has ruled the discontinuation of VOIP for this year and the deadline is August 2nd, 2022.
