There's always going to be some slower latency with cloud streaming compared with playing natively on a console, although from my experience so far it's been pretty good. I think there are certain games I wouldn't play - like a faster paced FPS game - but for the third person open world games like the ones I showcased in the video, it's fairly seamless.

Does your game save file work between the game installed on PS5 and the game run on cloud service?

Both games I tested out in this video just picked up from where I'd left off when I played the downloaded versions on my PS5. Having played across multiple consoles in the past there are discrepancies with carrying over saves from time to time but usually only if I was immediately going from one to the other. For the most part it works perfectly well.

Ive been playing demon souls. It seems to be more stable then connecting to my pro which is wired. Crazy but really good soo far. I almost had the idead of downgrading to plus. This gives more bang to premium for me

Technically yeah! As long as you have a PS Plus Premium subscription and a decent internet connection (I think 15mbps is the recommended minimum).

Well, as far as I'm concerned, Sony was late because I managed to convince myself to the Xbox cloud and G Force Now and I've always been on PlayStation, but I'm still delighted that they're finally going in this direction because I simply love the cloud and I don't feel like buying a console

I pay for 1.1GB but currently I'm getting about 200mbps over WiFi (I know, I need to get in contact with my provider). In terms of my router I'm using a mesh network since I have to spread my internet over 3 stories. In this video I'm one floor up from the main router, but the mesh router is about a couple of feet away from where I am. Hope this helps - Aaron

And then you probably need to use your phone or buy a portal just to stream. Playstation is behind on the cloud front because they have a different philosophy. Sony = Hardware Focused Microsoft = Software Focused. Meaning that Microsoft will have a preference of focusing on services such as Cloud services while Sony is focused on selling Hardware. Now Sony is realizing they need to adjust to supply and demand and the rise of AI tech, Cloud Servers, and it's storefront to provide profit. Microsoft tried with Hardware but realized it's too competitive and expensive to fall 3rd place in console sales . So they are shifting to focus on Game pass, Xcloud, and making their storefront available on all platforms as they seem to be shifting to be a Publisher/Dev Storefront where theoretically you could run Game pass or Xbox on PS5 from the PS store
