Even worse than individualized malignant narcissism is collective malignant narcissism. As above, so below. When the leaders are corrupt, the people are bound to follow. This is the sickness we live amongst.

The truth is that everyone is a malignant narcissist. Including the narrator, and whomever wrote the nonsense he's reading. You, the listeners, are narcissistic as well. The truth is if you can't compete, or you feel inferior, you castigate whomever or whatever it is is making you feel thay way. When in reality, you are the problem. You always have been. If you are truly honest with yourself you realize it is your fault. All of it.
