Thank you for the video! It helps a lot! I was wondering... I am the process of becoming a personal trainer, but the confidence is not there because of the lack of experience.I would like to know, how do you know how to make a program for a client? Is there a chart that can help me to visualize? I don't want to hurt the client... Thank you

Jessy Jess I would suggest paying for some personal training sessions yourself, so you can see first hand the do's & don'ts then adjust it to your style.

In the United States it is actually illegal for personal trainers to market themselves as PT's, as this title is reserved for doctoral level trained Physical Therapists!
