I love how every scene of the show subtly shows Frank's views, ideology and way of thinking. For example, that scene at the beginning when Frank grabs his son, that was fantastic. It shows that Frank isn't just angry blinded soldier with hate for some religions or race, he kills those who deserve it, those who cross the line and that's it. Or entire first episode, where we see him getting verbally abused over and over, but it never phases him, but once they cross the line that's it, they are done. Such a brilliant exploration of such complex character.

if he didnt nip that in the bud when his son said it then his son might of grown to become a racist who correlates culture=moral views of everyone in said culture shows exactly how good of a man frank is, sad tho it didnt matter because of the tragedy that ended up happening

Bad Wolf oh yes it most definitely did matter! it mattered to *frank himself* cuz in addition to what has been pointed out previously, another thing that scene showed, he cherishes the quality time spent with his son & daughter...even the not so great moments are still great because it's just him being a dad

Jon Bernthal is the best Punisher, but I'll never forget Dolph Lundgren. He's burned into my nostalgia.

Frank and Micro's dynamic is so great & this is an awesome series. I think the best Marvel for sure (yes, I know u love Agents of SHIELD) .

Her voice/light tone contrasted with the dark, violent nature of this show is cracking me up.

Hello, was this after Defenders? Wouldn't it be cool if we see that destroyed building in the background? The idea is Karen will change the flowers in the window each day till Frank has time to show up and talk.

I'm in total agreement, the beard is cool but he looks more Punisher without it. Ohhh Jess you have some awesome stuff yet to come!

I might be wrong but isn't that the same diner where they filmed Goodfellas when deNiro went nuts on the phone booth when Tommy was killed? The Punisher had moved into my Top 3 favorite shows, great story, great characters, lotsa violence just like TWD and Ash vs Evil Dead. Fear is in #4. Thanks much for the share, be cool and stuff. 🎄💚💚💚💚

ᕼᑌᗰᗩᑎ ᖴᗴᒪᒪᗩ nice to see someone who regards TWD so highly. It's rarity nowadays.

Bruce Snow I've been a zombie fan since my grampa took me to see Dawn of the Dead at the drive-in when I was 9, I even use a DotD '79 pic as my Twitter banner. Been reading comics since the 70s and have always liked anti-hero characters like Punisher. DC 's Lobo's pretty cool too, he should have a movie in the DCCU.

You should try the series "Dark" on Netflix after you finish Punisher. It's really a fantastic show. I think you will like it.
