Good call Bri Doom! You're right, I think the Dead Kennedies song that has some similarities to this one is "Forest Fire" from the awesome Plastic Surgeries Disasters album. But to think this proto punk tune was recorded in the mid 70s.....

One problem with the 'Dead Kennedy's sound alike thing, "I wrote this song between 73-74 they didn't come out until 77-78, we've been told a hundred time "they (The Punks) sound like so and so, check your dates they usually sound like US. Yours truly, Frantic (lead singer) and author of this song.

This song is about "The Madman of Gadara" or Gadarene" in the Bible" around Mark:5 v. 1-20, A fuckin freak-out if ya read it high (which I was) The words just came to me, maybe I got 'possessed' for a minute, I'm OK now. (I think) The guy's then turned it into a 'Wall of Sound'. Frantic, (lead sing of 'The Punks'). ps I got into this madmans head and wrote from the inside-out.👹
