I thank God for my amazing grandmother, that she was saved and raised her children to know Jesus and now I know and serve my Lord and savior Jesus Christ. As a child I never knew there were people that didn’t have the opportunity to know, and be raised to love Jesus, and know he loves them! I remember as a young girl, my grandmother would stand on her porch and everyone that would walk by, she would say “Do you know Jesus?” Do you know Jesus loves you?” And everyone would say “Yes Mrs. Bea!” She would go to the side of people dying in the hospital to make sure they were saved. An amazing woman of God.

@@josebarnica8091it’s literally a pagan holiday. Most of the “traditions” were rituals from that pagan holiday. Christians “adopted” the traditions. Then stores realized they could make money hyping up Christmas. That’s why you can’t fathom NOT buying useless gifts for people who already have things vs giving to the poor etc and telling NO ONE about it. And while you serve them you preach the gospel the whole time and come home to your family and the only gift you give is leading them in praise and worship till bedtime and reading scripture. See how “unfun” Christmas is when you PUT CHRIST in it…

I was born and raised in a committed Christian home where my parents lived their lives according to the Word of God in our home and I was taught the Bible. Although I have heard these biblical accounts many times, I love how Dr. Evans shares these truths in such a clear way and connects it to our lives. The babies two and under weren't killed until 2 years after Jesus was born. We know Jesus wasn't born in December, let alone on the 25th. The Magi were astrologers who saw Jesus' star from when He was born, etc, and so on. The whole idea of "Christmas" is based on lies...why continue to perpetuate the lie? I understand preaching Christ and showering Him with our love and devotion every day, but us getting gifts and going broke for kids and people who don't need one more thing is pagan. It's self-indulgence when we are taught to be selfless. The one thing that caused me to stop the madness was that the sinners and all types of atheists and folks who curse Jesus in their hearts love this day as a time to be debauched and be selfish with no regard to our Savior, yet they mark it as the "Most wonderful time of the year," not because of Jesus, but because of the stuff they get. It breeds selfishness and ungratefulness. We can't put lipstick on a pig and call it Holy just because we want to do what everyone else (the world) does. We should take this time to do what the Word says, as the light, have nothing to do with darkness, be different than the world, come out of the world, and not partake in their worldly pleasures. This should be a time to tell people that this isn't something we practice and use it as a witness to tell people about the Good News of Jesus. Return the glory to God and off of ourselves. Shut down this overindulgence in food, presents, and everything else, and be set apart as God called us to be. Serve one another and help the lost and less fortunate. Tell the truth, for once.

Catholic Christianity had first established the Feast of Epiphany which is about Christ persay January 6th. Getting your blessings from a tree, an idol is not of the Most High. God bless you Pastor Evans but Christmas is a pagan holiday in the winter soltice months for a reason. Yeshua/Jesus was not even born in December but July as I'm sure you should know. Saturnalia day which it was originally called was banned in America until sometime in the 1800s and is a Roman holiday where men and women got drunk, had sex and exchanged gifts. This demonic pagan holiday has many roots that I encourage people to research for yourself. Jeremiah the 10th chapter talks about what the most high think of this pagan holiday that's a worship of men.
