I also hate that when Emily and Reid talked on the plane she made it about her. I get that she went through a lot and couldn't see her friends. But her friend was hurting and she made it about herself and how she lost them.

I’ve always loved Spencer Reid the most from Criminal Minds.. he’s so sensitive and he has a heart of gold, really. Proof of that is he fell in love with a woman who he hadn’t even met and his words about her was “She’s already the most beautiful woman in the world to me” And now im sitting here crying my eyes out🥺

Honestly, I'm on Reid's side when it comes to this whole argument. Seriously, you had to lie... to Reid? You can lie to anyone you like outside of the team you've worked with so long. Don't you view them as a family of sorts? Then treat them like that, Emily. JJ.

It was Hotch´s decision because it was the best to protect Prentiss, like when Hotch left NO ONE of the team knew where he went to *keep him and Jack safe*

If JJ told him because he is her best friend she would be betraying Hotch and Emily´s trust, also it would have been unfair to Garcia and Morgan, if she only told Spencer. If Reid had to keep a secret like that to keep JJ alive, he would have... but I understand he was hurt in the moment and *only with JJ* because they are bffs and she means so much to him, he never thought she would be able to keep such a big secret but then again, she would do anything to protect one of her friends and family.

I understood that she had to lie to him but I hated when she brought his profiling skills into it. He was upset she lied not that he couldn’t tell she was lying. I think they sometimes see Reid as a robot that is all about the job and don’t really realise he has emotions too.

You also have to take into account that if Doyle got wind of her being alive, he would've done anything to get her. As bad as this will sound, JJ and Hotch made the only call they could without endangering everyone else on the team. Especially Reid. If he knew, Doyle would've made sure he got hooked on Dilaudid again

At the end in Rossi's kitchen JJ knew from the look on Reid's face that she got her Spence back. I thought they might have even hugged each other then but then Rossi might have said something like "Cooking lesson first, family hugs later!" But after JJ got a second chance she didn't just go back to the close friendship she had before with Reid. She did everything she could to make their friendship even closer!

Gabriel Souto, JJ helped Emily give Reid a belated 30th birthday party. JJ had little Henry dress up like Reid for Halloween. JJ and Henry watched Reid win that softball game Morgan wanted him to play. JJ was there for Reid no matter what after Maeve Donavan was murdered. JJ encouraged Reid to believe he could still have kids of his own someday. JJ listened to Reid talking about his mom whether the news was good or bad. And, of course, JJ always worried about Reid whenever anything else bad had happened to him.

Right?! I get that she had to leave them all for fear of *death* but she knew they were alive. If she really wanted, she could've come back at any time and let them help her. She could've just gone into Witness Protection and let the team know she was alive. They (those who didn't know) thought her dead. They literally mourned her and as far as they knew there was literally no chance of ever seeing her again. Reid almost relapsed over it. Morgan felt it was his fault for not being able to do more. Emily was playing Scrabble with JJ. Faking her death was most likely traumatising, and I acknowledge that. But by saying "You mourned the loss of a friend. I mourned the loss of six." that just kinda undermines his pain, and it annoys me. I love Emily. I love JJ. And I love Hotch. But the way that was handled was bad, and unfair to the rest of the team...

they will go out with each other just look when they smile its eye to eye and the laughing but the best part of it all they argue a lot I think everyone on that team knows that its gonna happen and the touching JJ is gonna leave will and go to ried I think she was jealous about ried and meave because when meave was a live JJ never talked to ried but after she died there gonna out and won't anyone else go with them its like they have sex and won't talk about it and there always hugging each other I don't even think will know

Owen Daly I agree that JJ might have been jealous of Maeve Donovan because Reid kept his feelings about Maeve a secret from her and the rest of the team. But, in all fairness when Will LaMontange Jr. was seeing JJ in season 3 JJ kept her feelings about Will a secret from Reid and the rest of the team even though they all already knew because of their profiling skills. One might say Reid learned how to be secretive because of JJ.

In Season 6 episode 18: "Lauren" Ian Doyle staked Emily and left her for dead when Morgan and a SWAT team were closing in on him. Then the whole team was in a hospital waiting room and JJ tearfully came out saying Emily died on the operating table. Reid cried on her shoulder and she went out to Hotch in the hallway telling him it was a lie to protect Emily from Doyle. JJ relocated Emily to Paris and she and Hotch kept the secret for seven months until the Season 7 premiere: "It Takes a Village" when Morgan caught Doyle. Hotch and JJ confessed to the team that Emily was still alive and Emily walked back into their lives a minute later. In the second Season 7 episode: "Proof" Reid was mad at JJ for letting him grieve on her shoulder for ten weeks straight when she knew the whole time that Emily was still alive.

Caleb Clidence, 1:27: the ten weeks was how long Reid said that he had been going over to JJ's house to cry on her shoulder over Emily's "death." At the end of Season 6 episode 18: "Lauren" the tombstone said that Emily "died" on March 7, 2011. And in Season 13's premiere "Wheels up" Mr. Scratch tried to make Emily believe that he had killed her with a shot of amphetamine. Emily's "ghost" walked over to her cemetery plot and the tombstone that Emily saw there had also said that she "died" on March 7, 2011, and that she "came back" on September 21, 2011, which was the date from Season 7's premiere "It Takes a Village" when Emily came back to the BAU. March 7 to September 21 is nearly seven months.
