At some point in season 7, I thought JJ and Spencer would have an affair, sparks happened... It would be unfair to Will, I even thought the series would get rid Will (death / divorce) to there's an affair between JJ and Spencer. I think other people may have thought the same.

It's cute and all, but I can't except this myself. 14+ years and this only comes up, out of the blue, at the end of the run of the series? I'm sorry, but no. She (character wise) went off and got hooked up with other people, had children by at least one of them, lost a child, but she's always loved Reid? I just can't go with that kind of story. It was merely a last ditch effort for some ratings at the end of it all.

I know why the writers put them together it's just Will doesn't ever really show any personality, or real emotions. I think that given JJ's complexity she always deserved a more interesting spouse.
