Oh, Julie the great hall was breathtaking, and your bedroom was just beautiful and absolutely no words for your bathroom and the view. Charlotte was such a friendly pleasant woman with a good sense of humor, the Mansion is just stunning, and the history is so fascinating it a little depressing when the video is over, I just want to learn more. Thank you so much Julie for taking us with you. Love from N.Y.

What an excellent historic recounting of the history of this amazing house! What a great job you did! It's so obvious how much you really enjoy sharing these treasures with us. Thank you so much, because otherwise, we would never have the chance to see them! That darling little fat doggie adds just the perfect touch, weaving her way in and out of your presentation! If they polish all that wood with beeswax, the bees in England must be terribly busy, unless the estate has its own appiaries? If England has such extensive flat lands, why don't they have tornados?

I would love to see an episode with your American relatives/friends. Have them share their thoughts to your status, and to see their reactions as they join you on your adventures around Britain/Italy. Would be great to see what your two eldest children think of their energetic and charismatic mother. I'm sure your daughter has some funny stories to share, it'll be great to see such wholesome interaction. This channel and Mapperton Live are a godsend, thank you and keep up the good work.

What a spectacular episode. I was especially delighted by the enthusiasm and the care taken to husband these historic treasures, the land, the people, the architecture. It's a legacy to share with future generations, and you put it so eloquently, that each generation's caretakers have put their own stamp on the property. Charlotte Brudenell is a fantastic spearhead for her family's home.

Such an incredible tour Julie! Thank you so much. Charlotte has such vast knowledge of the estate and who has lived and stayed there over the centuries. This is an uneducated comment. The English have been in the land that is now known as the USA since the Tudor era...and before that there were natives who also did things and lived during history as well.

Delightful tour of a fantastic house. Lovely to learn of my ancestral connection to the Brudenell family and their wonderful home. To those with "fitz" in their surnames, rest easy. It means "son of" from the Latin filius, but doesn't necessarily mean illegitimate 😏
