Thank you Philippa. My favourite Queen is Katherine of Aragon. Gracious, beautiful, strong, learned, a fierce regent and much loved by her people. She was an advocate for female education and a patron of Renaissance humanism. Everything an impressive Queen of the period should be, in addition to having an impressive royal pedigree.

I think the favourite or most admired is first as she stuck to her religion, put up with Henry's sh*t and from what I can gather just went away and wasn't a nuisance
