I personally like fusion on light to med jobs. If the metal has angles that will have weight to it, I will add filler in most cases

as a tig welder just gonna give you some tips, try some more post flow maybe around 5-8 seconds or so and if your working with CFH as a gas flow measurement its the size of the cup so #8 x 2 so 16 CFH of gas if your using LPM measurement its the same as the cup size so #8 is 8LPM and for stainless id also recommend using a bigger cup 12 or 16 with a gas lens have a good at BBW furick cups for example and the stickout of your tungsten should be the same size as the inside diameter as the cup AND a rule of thumb i heard from my instructor when learning it goes "Slag drag Gas push" basically you should move forward with your arc not pull back hope this helps
