Justine, this was a great productive project. I just bought a super big book of birds at a yard sale. You did make me laugh out loud, even my hubby asked what was so funny. I listen to videos with earbuds. I was thinking why my is stomach making such odd noises. seconds after that thought, you apologized if we could hear noises, that we were hearing your dog. LOL. Thank for an entertaining afternoon.

Justine, I just love the way you folded the book pages first and laid them onto the college pages in such a way to get the most out of them with practically no waste. They turned out really pretty. I'm defiantly going to give this technique a try. TFS hugs and stay well.

Was the pretty paper really thin? If not why not just cut it up, put a notch in it, and glue it down??

It's 100gsm paper so I would have to double it up, fold it over, etc to have them be sturdy enough 😊 If I did that, I'd lose some of the pretty patterns, plus I have a ton of boring book pages to use up so I thought to do it this way 💖🤩
