The Quickest Fish Slicer In Trinidad

I went to the Caroni Roundabout to buy some fresh fish. This fish vendor had some of the best knife skills I have ever seen. We then went home and fried up some fresh carite for the family to enjoy. We also tried some crispy fried shrimp head.

Goodnight Vedesh. That fishmonger is really fast and good at what he does. All the food looked delicious. Did you all use the cornstarch to coat the shrimp? It looked really good and it cooks fast and doesn't get rubbery. You can't go wrong with Helen and Cindy cooking. Vedesh..I can't believe you never fried shrimp head!!! It is even crispier if you add cornstarch to the flour. I keep all the head to either curry or fry..goes great with a wonton dip too.
