Dey yuh go, D lady say patch! I does curry just so minus the seasoning. Onion, garlic, pepper, curry, duck and goat curry, and saffran with water. Patch that down in a good bit of oil, add the meat or veggie and go. Everybody does cook different and Trini life with Vedesh teach me that. Love the videos, keep up the great work!

I cook my curry fish very similar to Shanti..except I turn off the stove and just add the fish to the curry sauce...and I use tomato in my curry all the time. That looks absolutely delicious👌👌👌

We add the fish to cook with the sauceto cook in d pot is when we dont fry the fish.we call that method cooking d fish green.
